How payments work
Club connects their own Stripe account
During onboarding, you create or connect your Stripe account through Courtio's backoffice. This is your account â you own it, you control it.
Player books and pays in the app
When a player books a court or joins a match, they pay securely through Stripe's payment sheet â cards, Apple Pay, or other methods available in your country.
Money goes directly to your Stripe account
The payment is processed by Stripe and deposited into your connected Stripe account. Courtio never receives or holds the funds.
Stripe pays out to your bank
Stripe automatically transfers the funds to your bank account on the schedule you choose (daily, weekly, or monthly). You manage everything from your Stripe dashboard.
