1. Who we are

Courtio (the Club) processes personal data of its members and visitors in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and national law.

2. What data we process

Photos and/or video recordings in which individuals are identifiable, taken inside the club or during events organized by us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Promotion of activities and events (website, official social media, marketing materials). Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest.
• Event archive (photo galleries, chronicles). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Security (CCTV if applicable and signaled). Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. Consent

Consent may be collected at the reception, in the reservation form, or by signing a document. It can be withdrawn anytime by sending an email to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of processing before withdrawal.

5. Retention period

Materials used for promotion are kept for a reasonable period (normally up to 24 months) and then archived or deleted. You can ask for removal of your image from our online channels whenever technically possible.

6. Sharing

We may share content with service providers involved in promotion (photographers, agencies, social media platforms). We do not sell your data.

8. How to avoid appearing in photos or videos

Please inform us at the reception before the event/match or send us an email at [email protected]. We will do our best to avoid including your image in public materials (dedicated zones, blur, removal of posts).
